Red Tea Detox

Could the Real Secret to Weight Loss Be Something as Simple as Tea?

I think almost everyone would agree that losing weight is one of the most frustrating and difficult experiences in a person's life.

I haven't met anyone who has tried to lose weight that can say that it was an easy and enjoyable experience.

And if there is someone out there who has managed to do it, please, please, tell me how, because I know that hasn't been the case for me.

Every single attempt I have made has been full of hunger, restrictions and an overall feeling of irritation.

But who isn't irritated when they are hungry, right?

But we all do it for a reason, and I admire everyone who hasn’t given up along the way, because it’s extremely tempting to just say “Who cares?!”

Which brings me to the topic of today's post.

Red Tea Detox for weight loss

I know you most likely know about black tea and green tea, but what do you know about red tea?

When I first heard of it my only though was “Uh…it’s probably red, right?”

It’s safe to say, it was not one of my brightest moments.

But luckily, I’ve done my homework since then and now I know more than just what color it is.

So let me share my wisdom with you.

Red Tea can be found in the jungles of South Africa, where Kenyan tribesmen drink it to fight hunger pangs while they hunt for their next meal.

But, thankfully for you, you can actually make it from ingredients found in any grocery store.

Why does it help?

One of the things that makes red tea different from black tea and green tea is that it boosts fat burning and increases energy without relaying on caffeine, because red tea is caffeine free, which makes it a great alternative to caffeine — with absolutely no jitters, so “flushing fat away” is safe and rapid. Red tea also contains no fats or carbohydrates.

The flavor is mild and slightly sweet and can be served hot or iced, making it the perfect drink for your weight loss journey.

Also, red tea has no oxalic acid, so there is no risk of kidney stones, unlike with black and green teas, something to keep in mind if you are a tea drinker.

One great thing about red tea is that it is packed full of powerful antioxidants that fight oxidative damage caused by toxins in your body. These antioxidants are scientifically proven to have an antibacterial, antiparasitic and antiviral action to boost your immunity.

The bottom line is, drinking delicious red tea not only “halts hunger” but can also reverse the harm caused by the built-up toxins in your fat cells, thanks to its powerful antioxidants.

So, after all that enlightening information, I leave you with a recipe to try to include red tea in your diet and see the effects for yourself.

But before that, if you are serious about trying the Red Tea Detox to banish your weight loss nightmares, I’ll leave you a link to get the Red Tea Detox Program, which will include the exclusive recipe for the Red Tea Detox, a diet plan, because, as much as we would love for it to be different, there is no magic way to just wake up one day free of all the weight you want to lose, an exercise plan and, what I love about this program, a Willpower, Motivation, and Mindset section to help you keep going when you feel like giving up.
